About the Role
We are looking for a Director of sales to join our team at Homewood Suites by Hilton London Ontario. This is an on-site role for a hotel sales professional who knows the London market, understands how to build corporate account volume, and is ready to take ownership of the sales function with minimal oversight. Prior experience in a branded hotel environment is required. Hilton brand experience is a strong advantage.
What You Will Do
- Conduct outside sales calls across London and surrounding markets to develop and grow corporate account volume
- Prospect, secure, and manage LNR accounts, with a focus on long-term relationships and repeat business
- Develop group room business including extended-stay and project-based opportunities
- Prepare rate agreements and group contracts in line with Hilton brand standards
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity log
- Work closely with hotel leadership on strategy, need periods, and market positioning
- Represent the hotel at local networking and business development events
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience in a branded hotel environment
- Hilton brand experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record in LNR and group sales
- Comfortable working independently with strong self-management and organizational skills
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Familiar with hotel sales tools and PMS Systems (PEP, Opera or other)
