This job will require general knowledge of landscaping, septic systems, land clearing along with carpentry. The use of skid steers, excavators and other machines is an asset
It will be full time seasonal job. Must be able to work individually and in a group setting. Work will be fast paced and constantly changing. Individuals must be able to adapt and learn in an ever changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Ability to operate various hand tools such as drills, hammer, level etc.
- Load and unload materials from barge and boat.
- Responsible for setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Provides manual labour and assistance to lead hand.
- Assists with numerous projects i.e. Septic installations, material deliveries, landscaping etc.
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Relevant work experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
- Comfortable working at heights and in different environments (Indoor/outdoor, Hot/cold)
- Good working knowledge and experience of various equipment and machinery.
- Boating experience considered an asset.
- Experience operating equipment considered an asset
- Must be able to swim and be comfortable on a boat/barge.
- Ability to follow instructions with a detail oriented mind.
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift 80 lbs

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
