Job Overview
Ufurnish.ca is a new and Rapidly growing E-commerce Estate sale company that assists people with handling and selling their items online. Our goal is to help divert quality goods from the landfills and keep them in the market for as long as possible. We are seeking motivated listing agents to assist us with collecting, researching, and posting items online and on our system. You will be promoting these items online through various avenues and groups to promote product sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong negotiation, marketing, and communication skills to help clients from both the consignment side as well as the customer purchase side.
The compensation plan has a wage component plus commission on the item sales from the agent; You will have the opportunity to sell 1000's of different items of different niche genres. We will provide the customers and inventory for processing.
Our Wage and commission plan based off of experience and performance.
Responsibilities
- Document Items being brought in, including pictures, measurements, deficiencies.
- Upload onto multi-commerce platforms including our system.
- Promote sales through various avenues to get customer traffic.
- Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, and transaction progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other listing agents and required vendors of item handling ( cleaners, movers/delivery agents)
- Assist clients with paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements throughout the sales process
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and local regulations
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent marketing abilities to showcase products
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable for serving diverse clients
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple listings simultaneously
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in using computers for uploading
- Valid drivers license and vehicle is an asset to be able to get around to potential estate sales.
