About Us
We provide specialized municipal services throughout Saskatchewan, supporting communities with maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and emergency response for critical infrastructure systems including water systems, lift stations, pumps, reservoirs, lagoons, and related infrastructure.
We are looking for a versatile team member who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and learning new skills while contributing to projects across the province.
Position Overview
This role combines hydrovac operation with hands-on field work supporting a variety of municipal service projects. This is not strictly a hydrovac operator position — successful candidates must be adaptable and willing to support multiple project types and work environments.
Responsibilities
- Operate hydrovac equipment safely and efficiently
- Support projects involving pumps, piping, mechanical equipment, and infrastructure systems
- Assist with maintenance, repairs, cleaning, installations, and inspections
- Operate hand tools, equipment, and perform routine maintenance
- Complete inspections, paperwork, and equipment checks
- Load, organize, and transport materials and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and support additional project work as required
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid Class 3 Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement
- Previous hydrovac or vacuum truck experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to travel and stay overnight as required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying conditions
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Assets:
- Experience in utilities, construction, mechanical work, or municipal services
- Experience with pumps, piping systems, or equipment operation
- Confined Space, Ground Disturbance, or First Aid certifications

Experience:
- Hydrovac: 2 years preferred
- Related field experience preferred
