Duties & Responsibilities:
· Attending new claims, inspecting work and quality throughout project lifespan.
· Conducting comprehensive assessments, creating visual representations, calculating job expenses, managing budgeting, orchestrating resource allocation, and facilitating communication with homeowners and insurance adjusters for both residential and commercial mitigation and restoration projects.
· Inform the client about the service timeline and set practical expectations regarding the scheduling of content handling, emergency services, remediation, and restoration work.
· Achieve or surpass industry Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Collaborate with relevant departments and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed within designated timelines, budgetary constraints, and in accordance with All4’s quality benchmarks.
· Maintain ongoing communication with appropriate departments, subcontractors, homeowners, and adjusters regarding project progress. Conduct inspections to monitor project advancement and ensure work quality throughout its duration.
· Cooperate with the assigned Project Coordinator to ensure the timely and accurate handling of all administrative tasks related to the projects.
· Work with the necessary resources to ensure invoices are processed promptly and meet acceptable profit margins.
· Provide exceptional customer service to insurance professionals, homeowners, and property managers. Proactively address and resolve any customer service issues.
· Foster and sustain relationships by meeting with adjusters during projects, delivering timely and precise estimates and invoices, engaging in networking activities, and participating in industry gatherings. Generate potential business opportunities through relationships with adjusters and project managers.
· Adhere rigorously to all relevant safety standards in accordance with All4 and WorkSafeBC regulations and requirements.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience,
· Min. 2 years of hands-on and supervisory experience in restoration/renovation/construction Industry - specifically in content manipulation department.
· Proven success in maintaining long-term client and business relationships
· Valid BC driver’s license with a solid driver’s abstract.
· Ability to operate vehicles of different sizes.
· Clean criminal record as per industry standard.
Knowledge, abilities and skills required:
· Effective communication skills in the English language, both in spoken and written forms. Proficiency in additional languages is viewed as an advantageous asset.
· Adeptness in utilizing various technologies, including iPhones, tables, computers and specialized job-related equipment.
· Intermediate-level competence in Microsoft Office applications, such as excel, outlook, and word.
· Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and master time management.
· Competence in collaborating with and leading teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
