Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning operations across all guest areas, staff facilities, and public spaces.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold rigorous cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet quality benchmarks for hygiene, presentation, and safety compliance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring efficient stock levels and proper maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule cleaning activities around guest needs and special events.
- Implement industrial cleaning procedures when necessary to maintain large-scale or specialized areas.
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience through attentive service and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with hotel operations or similar hospitality environments is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
- Cheerful, collaborative attitude is key!
Pay: $18.29-$26.00 per hour
