Position Summary
Reporting to the Heavy Production Manager, the Quality Control Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, carrying out quality audits on heavy maintenance aircraft while maintaining compliance with defined quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support the development and application of the critical task inspection program.
- Completion of quality audits as required.
- Review technical records for accuracy and complete corrections as required.
- Review parts for compliance.
- Maintain compliance with defined quality and safety related procedures.
- Participate in the administration of the SMS reporting system for reports related to heavy maintenance programs, ensuring effective and timely corrective actions are developed and applied.
- Support management in the application of the training program requirements.
- Support production management and personnel as it pertains to research and solution development.
- Serve as primary liaison between Perimeter Production Management and customer quality representatives.
- Maintain compliance with defined quality and safety-related procedures.
- Support management in the application of the training program requirements.
- Provide coaching and support for production management and personnel.
- Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management System.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Education, Experience and Certifications
- 5+ years aviation experience in a safety or quality role maintaining a system.
- Candidate with AME License preferred.
- Demonstrate efficiency in applying defined procedures.
- Reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Excellent administrative as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and effective time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and contribute to a diverse team.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations.
Working Conditions
- Physically able to perform all listed job duties
- Travel by aircraft and other means as required by role
- Work in a shop environment with full range of movement including, but not limited to, bending, sitting, standing, lifting to a maximum of 50lbs, pushing and pulling daily
