Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Cook meals efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and safety standards
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly to ensure timely delivery to guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards customer service
- Experience with serving or meal preparation is a plus but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
