About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Pool & Spa Technician to join our growing team in Stratford, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of residential and commercial pools, hot tubs, and spas.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance, including water testing and chemical balancing.
- Open and close pools seasonally.
- Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and control systems.
- Install and replace pool and spa equipment as required.
- Inspect systems and identify potential issues before they become major repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records and work orders.
- Educate customers on proper pool and spa care and operation.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.
Qualifications
- 3 years of previous experience in pool and spa service, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, or a related trade is essential.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physically capable of lifting equipment, working outdoors, and performing manual labour.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak season.
