As our Cost Management & Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be a critical player in our global supply chain strategy. You will manage a portfolio of diverse suppliers located across different continents, directly influencing our overall spending.
You'll be the bridge between design and delivery, ensuring our partners are fully aligned with our quality, cost, ESG, and innovation goals. You’ll also provide essential sourcing support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and custom product development.
You'll join our dynamic Supply Chain & Procurement team: a close-knit, passionate group of 6 professionals at the very heart of bringing PixMob's incredible experiences to life. Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing and NPI, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.

Support the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new suppliers.

Maintain and develop supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are met.

Assist in sourcing activities for new and existing products, including supplier quotations and material selection.

Support supplier qualification activities for new product introductions (NPI).
Cost & Purchasing Support

Request and compare supplier quotations to support purchasing decisions.

Assist with pricing reviews, cost analysis, and maintaining accurate supplier pricing and Bill of Materials (BoMs).

Support contract renewals and pricing discussions with suppliers under the guidance of senior team members.

Help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Planning, Quality, and R&D teams to support sourcing requirements.

Coordinate supplier communications throughout the product development and production process.

Help ensure materials are available to meet project and production timelines.

Track supplier performance related to quality, delivery, and responsiveness.

Assist in resolving supplier issues by working with internal teams and suppliers.

Help maintain supplier documentation and support compliance with company sourcing policies and ESG standards.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Experience in electronics, hardware, or consumer products is an asset.

Supplier experience: Experience working with suppliers and obtaining quotations. Exposure to international sourcing is considered an asset.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with cost analysis, supplier management, and purchasing processes. Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) is a plus.

Systems: Comfortable using ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and sourcing tools. Experience with Rootstock, Salesforce, or Propel is an asset.

Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential as you will interact daily with international clients and markets (US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, etc.); French proficiency is required.
