Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Commercial <Person> Subcontractor to join our team in. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning, facilities maintenance, and commercial cleaning services across various client sites. Your expertise will ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, creating a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of commercial spaces while working independently and efficiently.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to maintain pristine environments.
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance to identify and address minor repairs or issues promptly, ensuring operational continuity.
- Execute specialized commercial cleaning procedures tailored to client specifications, including carpet cleaning, window washing, and floor polishing.
- Maintain detailed records of completed tasks, inspections, and maintenance activities for accountability and quality assurance.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors regarding service schedules, completed work, and any issues encountered during your shift.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and environmentally friendly products to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or related roles is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety standards within a commercial environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing your schedule efficiently.
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with various cleaning products, basic troubleshooting of maintenance issues, and previous experience working in facilities management.
