Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Framer/ Carpenter to join our team. Minimum requirements include a class 5 driver's license and their own vehicle, experience with power tools, ability to read plans effectively and organize material take offs, and experience running employees and organizing timelines.
Our projects include concrete forming and placing, framing and sheeting, roof installations, interior finishing of homes and accessory buildings, and envelope and siding of exteriors. Our sites are usually found between Langley and Chilliwack

Responsibilities
- Construct and install frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Restore existing structures as needed, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
- Perform concrete forming tasks as part of the framing process.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required by the job.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Organize and lead small crew of framers and labourers
- Machine experience is an asset, including boom lifts, telehandlers, skid steers and excavators.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Framer or Carpenter in the construction industry.
- Ability to operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with framing work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
