About Us
Wild Masonry is a Vancouver-based masonry repair and restoration company specializing in granite and river rock retaining walls, chimneys, seawalls, and natural stonework. We do quality work we just need the right person to help us find the homeowners and property managers who need us.
The Role
We're looking for a motivated, people-smart individual to join us as a Lead Generation Specialist. Your job is simple: find people who need masonry work and connect them with us. Whether that's door-to-door canvassing in target neighbourhoods, building relationships with strata managers and property management companies, cold outreach, or something creative we haven't thought of yet we want someone who gets results. You don't need to know anything about masonry. We'll train you on what to look for and what to say. What we need is someone who can start conversations, earn trust quickly, and follow through.
What You'll Do
Canvass residential neighbourhoods to identify properties that may need masonry repair or restoration
Build relationships with strata corporations and property management companies
Follow up on leads and pass qualified opportunities to our team
Track your activity and report on what's working. We're open to creative approaches.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable talking to strangers and starting conversations
- Self-motivated (you work well without someone looking over your shoulder)
- Organized and reliable
- A valid driver's licence is an asset
- Prior sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience is a strong asset
- No masonry experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
Compensation
- Base pay + Pay per lead + commission on closed jobs (structure negotiable based on experience)
