Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary wellness team. Echo Wellness Collective is set to open December 2025. We specialize in perinatal, pediatric and family wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional client care. The ideal candidate will also have experience and training in providing prenatal/postpartum massage and/or pediatric massage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and preferences.
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty massages.
- Maintain accurate client records and document treatment plans as needed.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before and after treatments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage techniques.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance client care and satisfaction.
Experience
- RMT License with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential to ensure a positive client experience.
- Experience in providing perinatal and/or pediatric massage.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for building rapport with clients and understanding their needs.

Pay: $70.00-$100.00 per hour
