Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, dealership experience, and proficiency with hand and power tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Repair and restore vehicle bodies following manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform dent repairs, frame straightening, and panel replacement
- Assess vehicle damage accurately to determine necessary repairs and parts needed
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Perform heavy lifting of vehicle parts or damaged components safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within designated timeframes
- Conduct quality inspections post-repair to ensure all work meets company standards
Requirements
- Previous automotive repair background
- Heavy collision repair
- Welding aluminum + Mig Welding
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in auto body repair techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to disassemble heavy trucks and reassemble
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing during shifts

Pay: $20.17-$40.00 per hour
