We are currently recruiting for a full-time Line Cook / Prep Cook. We are looking for someone who wants to push their creativity and passion to a whole new level. We encourage new ideas to add to our menu. You will learn to produce food of the same quality each day with proper training and recipes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain quality and speed of output.
- Once trained you will supervise and train other new cooks in the kitchen.
- Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
- Assist with restaurant food specifications and plating.
- Adherence to cost control guidelines.
- Maintain a clean kitchen.
