Duties
- Perform tire installation, repair, rotation, balancing, and replacement on various vehicles and heavy equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and identify mechanical issues related to tires and wheel assemblies.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive service experience.
- Lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service tasks, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation of work performed, and inventory of parts used.
- Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate tire solutions and accessories to meet customer needs.
- Perform tire service on farming equipment
Experience
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, tires, and wheel assemblies is essential.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with automotive or heavy equipment repair is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and expanding technical expertise in tire services.
- Service truck experience.
- Farm equipment wheel change experience.

Pay: $20.18-$45.54 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
