Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Follow up with prospective clients and team-generated leads
- Conduct showings, open houses, buyer consultations, and listing appointments
- Prepare and negotiate offers and related documentation
- Market listings and generate new business through social media, networking, and community outreach
- Maintain knowledge of Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding real estate markets
- Manage client communication, paperwork, appointments, and deadlines
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Qualifications
- Must have Ontario real estate license
- New and experienced REALTORS® are welcome
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Motivated, coachable, and willing to take consistent action
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative group
- Knowledge of Oakville and Burlington is preferred
- Reliable transportation is required
- Social media, administrative, property management, or additional language skills are assets
Compensation
- Commission-based
- No cap on earning potential
- Commission structure and lead distribution will be discussed during the introductory conversation
