As a Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include:
As a Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include building and strengthening client relationships by promoting the services of Management Resources in person, telephone, and virtual interactions. Develop new business opportunities, deepen existing partnerships, and uncover upcoming project needs while delivering exceptional client experience. Connect organizations with exceptional consulting talent by understanding client objectives, matching specialized skill sets to project requirements, and presenting high-caliber professionals who drive results. Enhance Robert Half’s market presence by actively cultivating your network and represent Robert Half within professional associations and industry events to expand our presence in the local finance and accounting community
Qualifications:
- Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
- MBA and/or CPA highly desirable; other desired professional designations include CIA, CMA and CISA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Big 4 or international public accounting/consulting environment is preferred.
- Successful candidates will have excellent business development, recruiting, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to define and discuss project requirements with senior-level executives.
- Working knowledge of French language, oral and written is an asset.
The typical salary range for this position is $68,000 to $80,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
