Futurplus is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate/Occasional Truck-Driver to join our team in Ottawa, Nepean. This role is ideal for a reliable, energetic individual who enjoys both warehouse operations and local delivery work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management
- Replenish stock locations and ensure accurate product placement
- Use warehouse technology and systems to complete daily tasks
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
- Safely load, transport, and deliver electrical products to residential and commercial customers
- Operate a 5-ton truck for deliveries
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Valid experience operating a 5-ton truck (required)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a self-motivated mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- English mandatory, French - preferred
