Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, maintenance, and operational tasks across our projects. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided, but a strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks are essential. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the Plumbing and Landscaping sectors.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and site preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety standards are met
- Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or debris
- Operate basic tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Contribute to the overall efficiency of project workflows by performing assigned duties diligently
- Prior experience is not required; however, any background in construction, landscaping, warehouse work, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in industrial or construction environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Able to work alone/ unsupervised
