Crew Member – Landscape Maintenance

Every day is different: landscape maintenance, planting, weeding, trimming, mowing and outdoor beautification projects. If you are looking for an active, hands-on, and rewarding outdoor job with a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you
Participate in the maintenance and beautification of commercial and municipal properties
Perform line trimming and hand mowing as required
Plant seasonal flowers, shrubs, and ornamental plants
Weed, water, and maintain flower beds and green spaces
Install mulch, soil, and complete aesthetic finishing work
Cut grass and safely operate landscape maintenance equipment such as:
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Work closely with crew leaders and team members to deliver efficient, high-quality work
You are someone who:
Enjoys working outdoors and staying physically active
1 year of experience in grass and turf maintenance (preferred but not required)
Perform line trimming and hand mowing as required
Has good stamina and enjoys hands-on work
Has a positive attitude and strong team spirit
Is reliable, punctual, and motivated
Is comfortable working in different summer weather conditions
Can perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
Can follow instructions and work independently when needed
Has experience in landscape maintenance (an asset, but not required)
Speaks French and/or English
Has a valid driver’s license (an asset)
