Armored Inc. is growing and we're looking for a passionate, experienced automotive enthusiast to lead our Ceramic Coating Department at our Burlington headquarters.
Specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, Window Tint, Paint Correction and Premium Vehicle Protection, Armored works on everything from daily drivers to exotic cars, luxury vehicles, collector cars and boats.

Your Role
As our Lead Ceramic Coating Installer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional finishes while managing all ceramic coating installations and supporting our growing team.
This position reports directly to the Owner.
ResponsibilitiesVehicle Preparation
- Perform premium exterior detailing
- Decontamination washes
- Iron removal
- Clay bar treatment
- Wheel and tire cleaning
- Engine bay detailing (when required)
Paint Correction
- Inspect paint under proper lighting
- Perform single and multi-stage paint correction
- Remove swirl marks and light scratches
- Measure paint thickness when required
- Prepare vehicles for ceramic coating application
Ceramic Coating Installation
- Apply professional ceramic coatings following manufacturer specifications
- Install coatings on:
- Paint
- Wheels
- Glass
- Plastic trim
- Calipers
- Maintain strict quality control throughout every installation
- Inspect completed vehicles before customer delivery
Shop Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management
- Photograph completed vehicles
- Assist with customer vehicle inspections
- Perform final quality checks
- Work alongside our PPF and Window Tint teams
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Professional detailing experience
- Paint correction experience
- Ceramic coating installation experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Pride in producing high-quality work
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence
- Ability to work independently
Experience with premium coating brands such as Gtechniq, IGL, CarPro, GYEON, or similar products is considered an asset.
