Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and proficiency with office software. This role involves managing multi-line phone systems, handling data entry, and providing support to various departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette and direct calls appropriately
- Handle filing, record keeping, and document management to maintain organized records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
- Processing payments, balancing cash sheets
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Light housekeeping duties, folding towels, wiping down counters, etc
Experience
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service roles required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Pay: From $16.25 per hour
