Ranch Hand / General Labour
- identifying and treating sick cattle
- sorting, gathering, moving cattle with ATV or horse
- feeding cattle with silage wagon and bale shredder (winter)
- basic farm maintenance - fencing, repairing facilities, maintaining water bowls,
- some yard work - mowing lawns, yard cleanup, weed whacking
- basic machinery maintenance
- starting in spring with potential to go year round for the right person
- must have licence, good English and be able to work on a team or independently. Must have cattle and some machinery experience.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ponoka, AB T4J 1R4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
