Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Service Manager to oversee daily front of house operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality. This role involves managing guest interactions, supervising front of house staff, and maintaining high standards of service quality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front of house operations, including guest seating, reservations, and service flow
- Manage guest inquiries, phone calls, and online reservations with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service standards
- Train, mentor, and support hosts, servers, and front of house team members to uphold company policies and deliver memorable dining experiences
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by overseeing cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dining and reception areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to facilitate guest requests, accommodate special needs, and ensure seamless service
- Implement and monitor guest service standards and operational procedures to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, particularly in guest services or front of house roles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and service standards
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide team members
- Experience with reservation systems, point of sale systems, and basic administrative tasks is an asset
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered an asset

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
