As the face of Emille Shoes, the Sales Associate connects with our customers to help them find the perfect pair of shoes and answer all questions about the products and services offered. We give you the tools you need to continuously update your knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.
Merchandising is key role of our associates. Keeping the store looking great, organized and priced right to make it as easy as possible for our customers. As a fast-paced environment with inventory turning quickly, we are always adding new products and updating our assortment. Replenishing our inventory is crucial to our success and the ease of our customers.
The safety of our staff and customers is of the utmost importance. COVID-19 safety measures have been put in place to ensure everyone’s safety. physical distancing, face masks and capacity maximums for both employees and customers are enforced as well as sanitizing check points and practices throughout the store.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
· Greeting customers, responding to questions and providing outstanding customer service.
· Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
· Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
· Increasing in store sales.
· Superior product knowledge.
· Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
· Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
· Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Sales Associate Requirements:
· Confident and outgoing personality
· Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
· Replenishing and Restocking of product
