We are a private, family-owned facility located just south of Calgary, dedicated to providing high-quality care for our horses. We are currently looking for both a Full Time Barn Hand, and a Part Time Morning Barn Hand .
Available Positions:
● Full-Time: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
● Part-Time: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Shifts may include weekdays and weekends, with some flexibility in scheduling.
Main duties you will be responsible for;
- Daily turnout and bringing horses in
- Stall cleaning and general barn maintenance
- Feeding and administering basic care
- Lunging (as needed)
- Please note: This position does not include riding and Staff accommodations are not available
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Have previous horse handling experience
- Be hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated
- Have strong attention to detail
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Have reliable transportation
