Branch Manager - Pitt Meadows, BC - $110-120K base + Bonus + Full Benefit
Our client, a LEADER in their industry is looking for a Branch Manager. You will oversee the daily operations at their branch location in Pitt Meadows, BC.
P&L - Leadership - Financial Performance, Team Building, Training, Achieve Goals
You will have full P&L responsibility while overseeing the development, implementation and execution of the company objectives to support company initiatives.
The successful candidate will provide support, leadership, team building, supervision, training, and development of employees to consistently achieve superior performance.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the leadership, competencies, skills, and knowledge to drive employee excellence and financial performance measurably and consistently and ultimately become a succession candidate for senior positions throughout our company.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains consistent presence throughout the Branch, while partnering with Team leaders using decision process to develop and implement business strategies to improve business
- Aligns with local sales teams to collaboratively drive and execute new business initiatives
- Builds strong customer relationships by spending time in local markets, gathering feedback and identifying ideas to enhance and continuously improve the customer experience
- Leads the implementation of key actions to ensure and sustain high-quality customer service
- Responsible for annual achievement of financial performance, while delivering flawless customer service
- Develops top talent for the organization while demonstrating leadership competency to motivate and engage employees
- Provides training and development of employees, removes, and replaces under performers
- Responsibility & accountability for developing strong relationship with key customers in each market
- Works closely with Warehouse Leadership to establish best practices and consistency in all warehouse & delivery operations, keeping continuous improvement top of mind
- Working closely with the Division Safety Manager, creates a Safety "First" culture that is Compliant, Legal and Ethical
- Develops and maintains strong relationships within the segment and with Shared Services, actively contributing to and collaborating on Shared Services projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related experience, MBA an asset
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years demonstrated experience in Branch Management/Operations required
- Specific knowledge of the supply and distribution industry preferred
- Specific knowledge on manufacturing processes and best practices preferred
- Must have demonstrated success with problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Ability to work with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Must demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong customer and employee orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to include presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a strong commitment to company values
- Some travel is required
Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
