Smitty's Restaurant is hiring Line Cooks for our Stettler and Drumheller locations. Both restaurants are owned and operated by the same franchisee, and successful candidates may be assigned to either location based on preference and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards.
- Maintain food quality and presentation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen duties.
Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
