Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Early Childhood Educator - Kitchen/Floater to join our team. This role involves full meal preparation, and providing flexible coverage across various classrooms to ensure a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for early childhood education. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with dietary guidelines
- Float between classrooms as needed to provide coverage during staff breaks or absences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and classroom areas
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative environment
- Follow safety protocols and health regulations at all times
Skills
- Experience in childcare, early childhood education, or related fields
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
