Our commission structure recognizes the value each therapist brings to our team. Compensation is based on factors including professional experience, specialized treatment modalities and certifications, and overall availability to meet client demand.

Gold Pro Massage & Wellness Studio is a locally owned and operated clinic proudly serving the Sherwood Park community.
Our clinic offers more than a dozen therapeutic massage treatments designed to reduce pain, restore mobility, improve recovery, and promote overall wellness.

Position Summary
As a Registered Massage Therapist at Gold Pro Massage & Wellness Studio, you will assess each client’s needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide professional massage therapy that helps clients reduce pain, recover from injury, improve mobility, and achieve their wellness goals.
You will work alongside a supportive team that values professionalism, collaboration, and outstanding client experiences.
Schedule
We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time opportunities.
We welcome applicants with availability Monday through Sunday, with flexible scheduling designed to support both client demand and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive client assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver professional massage therapy treatments including:
- Relaxation Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Therapeutic Massage
- Sports Massage
- Additional certifications are considered a strong asset, including:
- Thai Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Cupping Therapy
- TMJ / Jaw Treatment
- Educate clients on stretching, self-care, posture, and lifestyle habits that support long-term wellness.
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes and confidential client records.
- Maintain exceptional treatment room cleanliness and infection prevention standards.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and reception staff to provide outstanding client experiences.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Alberta.
- Graduate of an accredited 2200+ hour Massage Therapy Program.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Professional Liability Insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client care.
- Evening and weekend availability is an asset.
- A clear Police Information Check (including a Vulnerable Sector Check ) is required prior to the commencement of employment.
