Summary:
Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. is looking for a detail-orientated, and customer service-driven inside sales representative. Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and French and be comfortable handling a large volume of emails and calls every day.
Overview:
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager the primary role of the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is to position Tsubaki as the service leader by:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The ability to work well with all departments within the company, internal and external customers.

Proactively probe for target information.

Work alongside District Sales Managers in order to help tend to all customers’ needs.

Achieve department Quality Key Performance Indicator Errors Per Thousand (EPT).

Adhere to Cost-estimating tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the cost-estimating process.
-
Analyze and price out drawings, renderings, and other documentation ensuring accuracy, profitability, and time sensitivity are the highest priority.

Ensure the highest level of attention to detail when undertaking any task.

Ensuring a high level of professionalism is adhered to when communicating with customers (external and internal).

Ensure there is always written documentation when following through with verbal communication.

Achieve department Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Quote Response Time (QRT), Average Daily Orders, Average Daily Calls, Open Message & Categorization Rate.

Ability to take control of a situation, gather all pertinent information, and communicate with other departments in order to have the customers’ requirements adhered to in a high-paced fashion.

Follow up on outstanding requests in a timely manner.

Provide immediate service to DSM by keeping a clear line of communication between ISR – and DSM at all times.
Education/Experience:

College diploma or 3 years of relevant Inside Sales or Customer Service experience.

Fluent in both Canadian English and Quebecois French.

Commercial or business math - the ability to calculate ratios, discounts, margins, etc.

Mechanical aptitude & technical acuity.

Drawing interpretation and/or blueprint reading.

Ability to analyze opportunities and offer appropriate technical & commercial solutions and/or alternatives.

High attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.

Ability to maintain a calm professional and confident phone manner.
