Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Automotive SaaS AI Technology
Location: Remote (North America)
Position Type: Full-Time, Base + uncapped commission
Experience Level: Senior (7+ Years)
My client builds cutting edge SaaS AI-powered software that helps automotive dealerships maximize sales and run leaner. We're a fast-growing startup, still early enough that this strong hire can shape the sales org — not just execute inside one. We move quickly, pay for results, and give people real autonomy to own their territory. If you want to be recognized for your direct impact, this is your stage to shine.
We're hiring a strategic Senior Sales Executive to lead the North American revenue growth, selling directly to dealership groups and forward-thinking independent dealers. This is an individual-contributor, quota-carrying role for someone who wants to run their own book of business at the senior level — not a people-management position.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to dealership leadership: understanding their operational pain points, running technical demos that make the ROI of AI automation obvious, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You'll also work closely with Product and Customer Success to make sure what we're building matches what the market actually needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the North American sales strategy, consistently hitting pipeline and ARR targets with new business acquisition.
- Run technical, consultative demos for dealer principals, GMs, and variable/fixed operations directors — adapting on the fly to what each stakeholder cares about
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including dealership legal and procurement teams
- Map territory and manage high-value dealership group deals from initial prospecting and discovery to multi-stakeholder negotiation and closing.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to feed market and competitive feedback into the roadmap
- Help build the sales playbook as a senior early hire — process, positioning, and objection handling
Qualifications:
- - 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with a track record selling specifically into automotive dealerships
- Strategic relationships with an existing professional footprint in the SaaS automotive technology market that allows you to easily connect with key automotive stakeholders and quickly make an impact.
- Strong AI & tech literacy with the ability to confidently explain and demo complex software, AI features, and data workflows to a non-technical buyer without oversimplifying
- You’ve got that startup self-starter mentality ready to build processes from scratch in an early-stage environment, pivot quickly, and thrive in an agile environment.
- Experienced negotiating skills and mastery of multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving dealership executives and legal teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $75,000-110000, OTE $145,000-180,000+ (uncapped commission)
- Flexible PTO
- Fully remote — work from anywhere in North America
- Home office
If you're a relentless closer who thrives under pressure and wants to see your direct impact on a company's bottom line, your search ends here. We care about revenue and execution with class — because we've built a world-class AI product and we believe in our team.
