15 – 25 hours per week. Weekend position available.
We are looking for an individual who can create a fun environment with staff and customers while maintaining professionalism to the job. You will be the face of Bullys Casino, so maintaining a high standard of customer service is crucial. This position requires someone who is detailed oriented, able to follow procedures, good computer knowledge, understanding of cash handling, organized, critical thinker and is bondable.
Some duties include:
- Ensuring staffs check in and out for their shift
- Communicate with staff, management and external agencies
- Filling out required forms properly for governing bodies (AGLC) while also complying to their regulations
- Completing payouts for customers
- Promote events and other gaming promotions
- Handling, balancing, and following proper cash handling procedures.
- Ensuring all key controls are in place to reduce fraud or theft
- Must be able to lift, bend, crouch, and stand on your feet for long periods of time
- BASIC TO GOOD MATH SKILLS ARE REQUIRED as this position involves counting large volumes of cash, balancing cash drawers, and preparing cash floats accurately
REQUIREMENTS IF HIRED : Must pass a Criminal Record Check and will need to complete AGLC online courses if hired
AN ASSET: Experience with:
ALBERTA GAMING/ LOTTO, BANKING, AND / OR ACCOUNTING KNOWLEDGE,
