Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform road tests and utilize diagnostic equipment to identify concerns
- Isolate and repair system or component issues
- Ensure all work meets Toyota standards for quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members and management to support shop productivity
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License (required)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a licensed technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Class G Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Comfortable with diagnostic systems and technology
- Ability to drive manual transmission (asset)
- Toyota training/certification considered a definite plus
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
