We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Clinic Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Provide office administration and reception support, maintain smooth office workflows, and assist with patient flow.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, filing, and organization of laboratory materials and supplies.
- Prepare treatment rooms and operatories for patient appointments and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Sterilize dental instruments and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Assist the denturist during examinations, appointments, and clinical procedures as needed.
- Provide laboratory support for all functions related to the fabrication of dentures, including impressions, scanning, and digital denture workflows.
- Use digital technologies in denture fabrication, including digital scanning, case management, and 3D print production.
- Prepare, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot digital scanners, 3D printers, and other laboratory equipment.
- Manage patient records, digital case files, and case documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Maintain lab case logs, track case statuses, and assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of clinic and laboratory areas.
- Stay current with emerging digital denture technologies, workflows, and industry advancements.
- Work independently, manage time effectively, and perform other related duties as required.
Skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Previous experience in a dental, denture, or healthcare support role is considered an asset, but not necessary.
- Strong computer skills and aptitude for learning new digital technologies and software.
- Experience with digital workflows (scanning/printing) is an asset, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of dental anatomy, materials, and techniques is an asset, but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to multitask.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality care and service.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
