Hybrid Infusions, the independent producer behind Virtue Cannabis, is growing our Distribution team. We’re looking for a detail-driven and reliable Packaging & Distribution Technician to support order fulfillment, excise stamp handling, inventory movement, and the organization of finished goods within our licensed cannabis facility.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and fulfill purchase orders, ensuring items are accurately picked, labelled, packaged, and ready for shipment.
- Apply, track, and handle excise stamps in accordance with strict regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, product counts, and documentation for distribution activities.
- Operate labeling and distribution equipment, systems, and software with care and accuracy.
- Support the Distribution Manager with day-to-day workflow, organization, and compliance-related tasks.
- Organize finished goods storage areas and assist with product movement and inventory organization.
- Collaborate with the Processing and Cultivation teams as needed for cross-trained tasks.
- Maintain sanitation standards, follow SOPs, and work safely within a HACCP-based environment.
- Communicate discrepancies, documentation concerns, inventory issues, or workflow updates to the appropriate team members.

- Previous experience in distribution, fulfillment, inventory, packaging, warehousing, cannabis, food production, or another regulated environment is considered an asset, but is not required.

Requirements
- Based in or able to commute to Edmonton, AB, with reliable transportation.
- Comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive work while standing or moving throughout your shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs / 22 kg and perform basic physical tasks safely, including bending, kneeling, and squatting.
- Willing to wear personal protective equipment, including gloves, gowns, masks, respirators, or eye protection when required.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to entering the facility.
