Mobility Room is a rapidly growing rehabilitation clinic built around a collaborative Physiotherapist-led model.
We believe patients deserve more than temporary relief. Our goal is to identify the root cause of dysfunction, create a clear treatment plan, and guide patients toward long-term results through a combination of hands-on care, mobility restoration, exercise rehabilitation, and movement-focused treatment.
Our Rehabilitation Practitioners work alongside Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Athletic Therapists, Osteopaths and other healthcare professionals in a team-based environment that allows them to focus on hands-on treatment, mobility-based care, active rehabilitation, patient education, movement retraining, and long-term patient progression while supporting the overall treatment plan.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for Rehabilitation Practitioners who want more than simply treating patients back-to-back all day. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people move better, supporting long-term recovery, and growing within a collaborative team.
What You'll Do
Hands-On Treatment & Movement-Based Care
Deliver individualized treatment sessions based on patient goals and clinical findings
Support patients through mobility restoration, soft tissue and myofascial techniques, active rehabilitation, assisted stretching, exercise prescription, and movement retraining
Help patients improve mobility, strength, stability, control, confidence, and long-term function
Support patients recovering from pain, injury, surgery, deconditioning, sport-related injuries, postural concerns, or movement limitations
Educate patients on recovery expectations, movement habits, exercise technique, and long-term self-management strategies
Active Rehabilitation & Patient Progression
Guide patients through progressive exercise-based rehabilitation programs
Progress exercises based on patient tolerance, goals, and clinical direction
Support return to activity, sport, work, and daily life
Help patients understand the purpose behind their exercises and how each session connects to their overall recovery plan
Monitor patient progress and communicate relevant updates to the care team
Collaborative Care
Work closely with our Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation Practitioners
Support patient care plans while staying within your scope of practice
Participate in case discussions and collaborative treatment planning
Support continuity of care throughout the patient journey
Growth & Development
Participate in internal education sessions and mentorship opportunities
Contribute to clinic growth initiatives, workshops, community events, or content creation
Help shape the future of Mobility Room as we expand.
Who We're Looking For
