Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Agent/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience. This role involves managing guest inquiries, handling reservations, and maintaining smooth front desk operations to support overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities As Guest Service Agent
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take reservations, and provide information
- Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness
- Uphold professional phone etiquette and uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, processing payments, and updating guest records.
Responsibilities as Night Auditor
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile daily accounts, prepare reports, and close out the day’s financial activities
- Provide exceptional guest service by assisting with late check-ins, resolving concerns, and handling special requests
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain a secure, organized, and welcoming front desk environment during overnight hours
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and updating guest profiles
- Monitor the property to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support guest needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are an asset
- Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries
- Basic knowledge of hotel management software and accounting/auditing processes is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated during overnight shifts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
