We specialize in laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments, with a focus on helping clients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. We are looking for an experienced laser technician/medical aesthetician, or esthetician to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provides results driven, high quality treatments with care and intention
- Perform treatments including laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare services
- Maintain strong knowledge of skin health, ingredients, and product information
- Educate clients and support them in achieving their skin goals through both in treatments care and at home routines
- Support clinic organization by keeping treatment rooms fully stocked, clean and prepared for smooth transitions between clients
- Answer phones and respond to emails with clarity and warmth
- Schedules clients in a way that supports both client flow and business efficiency
- Be compassionate and understanding to facilitate a calm and comfortable client experience, while also maintaining strong time boundaries and delivering treatments that are both high quality and time efficient
- Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post training
- Allow for a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs
- Maintain client privacy and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a medical aesthetician, laser technician or esthetician
- Certification or diploma in Laser Technology, Medical Aesthetics, or Esthetics
- Experience with lasers, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling and IPL
- Fluent in English
- Knowledgeable and confident to take clients
- Outstanding communication and a natural ability to build strong client rapport
- Professional in demeanor, polished in appearance, and carries themselves with integrity
- Knowledgeable, self aware, and confident in both their skill set and the quality of care they provide
- Open-minded, growth oriented, and emotionally intelligent
- Brings positive energy, loves what they do, and believes in the power of joy and laughter in the workplace
- Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Starting at $18-$28 per hour depending on qualifications and experience, plus commission on products, gratuities and complimentary laser services
Hours are flexible, ideally 20 hours a week and possibly more, and must be willing to work some evenings and weekends.
