- Manage food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Support restaurant operations during busy hours, including taking orders and serving customers
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including equipment and utensils
- Ensure all food is stored correctly to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Follow all safety guidelines related to kitchen equipment and food handling
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
