Responsibilities
- Provide professional haircuts, fades, beard trims, and styling services
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
- Follow sanitation and hygiene standards
- Manage appointments and walk-in clients efficiently
- Recommend grooming products and services when appropriate
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive shop atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous barbering experience preferred
- Strong fading and haircutting skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid barber license/certification is an asset
