Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor for Single Family Homes to join our team in. This role is vital in overseeing residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met while adhering to timelines and budgets. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities on single-family home sites to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor construction quality control processes to meet company standards.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6 for project tracking.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in residential construction or related fields.
- Excellent blueprint reading and schematic interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and perform construction estimating.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality control and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in is preferred.
