Marr Industrial Coatings is hiring an Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team in Winnipeg.
We specialize in industrial and commercial flooring systems including epoxy coatings, urethane cement, polished concrete, concrete restoration, and joint filling. Our projects include manufacturing facilities, aerospace facilities, food processing plants, warehouses, and commercial buildings throughout Manitoba.
Responsibilities
- Concrete surface preparation using grinders and other equipment
- Crack, joint, and concrete repairs
- Installation of epoxy, urethane, and specialty flooring systems
- Operation and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Maintaining safe and clean job sites
- Working independently and as part of a crew
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred
- Experience with epoxy flooring, concrete polishing, coatings, or flooring installation is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work occasional overtime and out-of-town projects
