We take the heavy lifting out of lead generation by providing our team with consistent warm-to-hot leads for pre-construction projects across Canada. Your primary focus will be managing these leads through the sales pipeline to conversion.
The Role
You will be the face of our projects, helping prospective investors and homebuyers navigate the pre-construction process. You will be supported by a dedicated team and provided with a robust CRM system to manage your pipeline, track communications, and maximize your conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Effectively manage and convert high-quality, pre-qualified leads into firm sales.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM system to document interactions, manage follow-ups, and track the progress of every prospect.
- Consultative Selling: Provide expert guidance on floor plans, pricing, project amenities, and market trends across various Canadian developments.
- Relationship Building: Foster trust with prospective buyers, ensuring a seamless and professional purchasing experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal support team to facilitate contract generation and ensure all administrative requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of direct experience in the pre-construction real estate industry.
- Sales Acumen: A track record of high conversion rates and the ability to manage a high volume of active leads.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be comfortable presenting information to high-net-worth individuals and first-time investors alike.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using modern CRM platforms to organize daily tasks and reporting.
- Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Canadian real estate landscape and the unique nuances of pre-construction sales.
