Outlaw Eagle Manufacturing Ltd. is looking for a reliable and motivated Shop Hand / Yard Assistant to support our production team and help keep our shop and yard running smoothly.
This is an entry-level, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, likes staying active, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Assist shop staff by retrieving tools, parts, and materials as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas
- Clean and support operations in the paint booth
- Assist with moving boats in and out of the shop and yard (Using forklift)
- Perform general yard maintenance (Lawn mowing, sweeping, organizing, etc.)
- Support production team with basic tasks and setup
- Ensure work areas remain safe, clean, and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to take direction
- Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset, but not required
- Experience in a shop or labour role is an asset

This is a full time role, but we can work with an individual that may have external obligations to make a part time position work.
