The Job:
We are looking for some Servers to join our team! Here are the basics of what you would be responsible for:
- Provide personable and efficient service to ensure guest needs are met at all times.
- Be confident in guiding guests in making the best decisions on what to order.
- Seamlessly work with other current staff to balance all responsibilities on a daily basis.
- Take a proactive role in encouraging teamwork, cooperation, productivity and a positive attitude within the working environment.
- Complete all side duties/opening duties/closing duties as assigned.
- Deal with guest complaints in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.
- Report any concerns to The Mule's Management Team.
- At the end of all shifts, complete cash-outs accurately, and submit for approval.
- Attend any training or meetings as and when required by The Mule’s Management Team, or the Other Bird Operations Team.
- Have the initiative to further develop skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience with Silverware POS will be an asset.
- Other tasks as assigned by The Mule’s Management Team.
Ideally, You Have Experience / Education:
- 2+ years of restaurant serving experience is required.
- Smartserve certification is required.
- Experience bartending is an asset.
