Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary to ensure adequate stock.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and storage.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment required.
