What You’ll Do
- Review and verify physician orders to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.
- Accurately dispense medications while maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Provide patients with clear, compassionate medication counseling and healthcare guidance.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and make recommendations regarding medication therapy when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles.
- Support patients in acute care and pediatric settings with professional and personalized care.
- Stay informed on new medications, therapies, and pharmacy best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable regulatory authority.
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in acute care or pediatrics is an asset, but not required.
